# Functions - Translations - Practice

- Given a random function and a random translation of that function (of the form
\(( g(x)=f(x−h)+k \)), determine what \( h,k \) must be
- Watch the individual translations to see if your \( h,k \) values are correct
- Keep practicing with random functions

## Directions:

- Use the coordinates of the given points to determine \( h,k \)
- Enter your values for \( h,k \) in the boxes
- Click the
**Translate** buttons to see the individual translations
- Click
**Reset** if your \( h,k \) values are incorrect
- Click
**New f(x)** to get two new random functions

**Note:** The point ∙ is always transformed to ∘, and the point ⧫ is always
transformed to ◊.
